Return Policy 
We have a 7-day return policy for online orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom orders, where marked are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed as faulty.

7-Days guarantee for the defective items 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@freesiasusa.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We provide a 7-day guarantee after you receive your item in case there are any defects. 
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that returns are your responsibility until they reach us so we suggest you retain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. Payment will be taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.

Please note that we are currently shipping from Miami, FL in the United States and ship worldwide.

For returns, the shipping and costs would need to be arranged by the customer. Please kindly provide tracking information for visibility with our team.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PURCHASES MADE ON A POINT OF SALE ARE FINAL. We do not offer money-back for purchase made in person on a point of sale.
